Rumour offers a 10% discount when using cash for your entire purchase, as well as utilizes a five-star point system. Every dollar you spend, you get a point. Once you spend $150 dollars, you get 15% off your entire purchase. These points never expire and you can keep accumulating until you want to use these points. This is a good idea to keep in mind when spending money on holidays or birthdays. For birthdays, you get a special discount of 40% off one item that is valid for a week.
